Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reach Truck Operator to join our team at DuBois Chemicals. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of products and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate reach trucks and other equipment to move products and materials within the warehouse
  • Load and unload trucks, as well as receive and store inventory
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Participate in inventory management and control processes
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Comply with all safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution facility
  • 1-2 years of experience operating a high-lift reach truck
  • Experience with warehouse management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read and write load diagrams, shipping orders, and work instructions
  • Ability to operate electronic equipment, such as RF scanners or radios
  • Pass a forklift driving exam
Working Conditions

This position works in an enclosed building with varying temperatures and requires the ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
