Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional IT Systems Leadership Position for Enterprise-Wide Solutions to join our Data and Collaboration Platforms Division. This role will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, solution business analysis and design, vendor contracting and management, governance risk and compliance, project delivery and quality, and operations and maintenance, user support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Design and deliver solution experiences that meet the needs of users through human, digital, and physical interactions.
  • Manage outsourced vendors and in-housed contractors to meet the delivery and operation needs of IT services.
  • Ensure compliance to ICT Governance policies and standards, and risk framework adherence.
  • Plan and manage IT projects and ensure alignment of project to the business objectives within established scope, cost, and schedule.
  • Manage and direct the day-to-day operations of IT services, including incident response, investigation, and resolution.
  • Monitor product vulnerabilities and patch availability, and provide relevant assessment and plan to implement remediation.
  • Manage change request, service request, and production support issues and ensure service levels are met.
  • Review post-production issues and identify root cause, and work with vendors on preventive measures.
  • Plan, execute, and support system implementation, software/hardware upgrades, and security patches.
  • Measure, monitor, and continuously improve performances of IT services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with preferably 8-10 years of relevant working experience in project management, business analysis, and system operation.
  • Experience in project management, vendor management, incident management, problem management, and release management.
  • Strong experience in managing business, IT, and senior stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of the technical aspects of systems integration in an environment with diverse technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required.
  • Familiarity with Government Instruction Manual 8 will be an added advantage.
  • Good analytical skills, and able to multitask and deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Self-driven, creative, and team-oriented person with good interpersonal and organizational skills, positive attitude, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Sound knowledge in coding languages, databases, application architecture, cloud technologies, and IT security.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between SGD 15,000 to SGD 25,000 per month, depending on experience.
