Experienced RN Nurse Manager Sought for Post-Anesthesia Care Unit

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our dynamic Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team as a PACU Nurse Manager. As a seasoned nurse leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency within the unit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of dedicated nurses, developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and overall unit performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

**Responsibilities:**

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of nurses to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve outstanding results

• Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among nursing staff

• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and development opportunities, and address performance gaps

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence

**Requirements:**

• Current RN licensure in Florida

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PACU or similar critical care setting

• Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
