Bookkeeping and Financial Services Specialist

Company OverviewClinical Professional Connections is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Controller to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this full-time position is $70,000-$85,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry and reporting in QuickBooks.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts on a regular basis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Support external audits and prepare financial documentation as needed.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Controller, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
