Job Description
The Sales Representative will play a key role in our agency's continued growth and success. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance products and services, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and have a proven track record of success in sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers to discuss insurance options
- Identify customer needs and preferences, and match them with suitable insurance products and services
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales

Benefits
