Creative Financial Staffing is partnering with a reputable, repeat non-profit healthcare client in need of a skilled Financial Manager to join their accounting team on a contractual basis for at least the next 3+ months. Possibility for a permanent placement depending on the needs of the business.

Job Duties of the Financial Manager include:
- Supervision and oversight of day-to-day financial operations and month-end close activities.
- Assist with wrapping up audits to ensure grant compliance.
- Prepare financial statements and analysis.
- Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Review financial statements and prepares overview of operating performance for the Finance Committee.
- Oversee payroll tax preparation and ensure compliance.
- Schedule and review financial account activities.
Qualifications for the Financial Manager:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
- Healthcare accounting experience required.
- Experience using financial software and systems a plus.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP required.
- Intermediate Excel skills required.
- Excellent analytical skills, team player, and ability to work independently.
- Supervisory experience highly preferred. Must be open and willing to guide and mentor lower-level accounting staff.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen as well as provide general vaccination records (PPD, flu, etc.).
