Benefits Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Benefits to lead our benefits function and develop a comprehensive benefits strategy that attracts and retains top talent. This role is critical to ensuring we provide a competitive and effective total rewards package that meets the needs of our 10,000 employees and thousands of retirees and former employees.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful benefits strategies. They will be responsible for leading a team in the design, administration, and compliance of employee benefit programs and will work closely with senior leaders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Lead a team in the design, administration, and compliance of employee benefit programs
- Negotiate directly with third-party vendors and insurance carriers
- Manage all associated costs and assure compliance with all legal requirements
Requirements:
- 10+ years of demonstrated benefits experience with 5+ years leading a benefits function and team
- High school/GED or an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of retirement and health and wellness benefits
Estimated Salary Range:$130,000 - $170,000 per year
