Position Summary

The Mental Health Therapist (MA) is a vital role at MultiCare, responsible for providing clinical counseling and case management services to patients. This position requires a high level of expertise and a commitment to delivering personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered counseling, advocacy, and case management services to patients.
  • Develop treatment plans that clearly identify patient needs, treatment strategies, and specific outcome measures.
  • Meet agency documentation standards and authorization requirements of contracts.
  • Strategically tailor clinical/case management services to meet diverse patient needs.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field required.
  • Must obtain Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor registration upon hire.
  • Current Washington state driver's license.
  • Previous experience providing mental health counseling services preferred.
  • Proof of a safe driving record, obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay scale for this position is $29.00 - $43.12 USD, influenced by factors such as skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
