As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work closely with our medical providers to establish a whole "health home" for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization that values diversity and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health evaluation and assessment services to clients
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
  • Collaborate with medical providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Work with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $31.32 (Mental Health Therapist II or III)
  • A salary rate of $71,000 (Licensed Mental Health Therapist)
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage
  • A 401(k)/Retirement plan and paid-time-off starting at 24/27 days per year
