The Finance and Insurance Writer plays a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of automotive transactions. This position involves:

A. Coordination of Finance and Insurance Activities:

1. Assisting customers in securing financing options for vehicle purchases while adhering to applicable state and federal regulations.

2. Timely preparation of all necessary documentation required for vehicle purchases, ensuring compliance with established laws and procedures.

3. Presenting extended service contracts to customers to enhance their purchasing experience.

4. Offering various protection products available through the dealership.

5. Marketing and selling chemical packages to customers.

6. Conducting all activities in accordance with legal standards.

7. Maintaining accurate business logs and ensuring prompt financing approvals.

8. Guaranteeing that all transactions are completed efficiently:

  • a. Deal Approval
  • b. Verification of down payment receipt
  • c. Timely communication with customers regarding financing status
  • d. Submission of contracts to financial institutions within 2 days
  • e. Securing funding within 5 days
  • f. Collection of necessary stipulations

9. Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned.
