Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Outreach Assistant. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of OA/CTS data and documentation, as well as providing administrative and technical support to the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits of OA/CTS data and systems to ensure compliance with DOL/Company policy.
  • Document audit findings and prepare reports for submission per established timelines and requirements.
  • Provide data integrity training to staff to increase knowledge of DOL/Company policy.
  • Conduct research, prepare statistical reports, and perform clerical functions such as maintaining required documentation and preparing correspondence.
  • Ensure timely submission, logging, and tracking of all OA/CTS contract deliverables, requests, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain Job Corps/Company systems and libraries, including CIS, OA, CTS, eRequester, School Dude, PRH, JC Program Instructions, JC Information Notices, Regional directives, and SOPs.
  • Monitor and follow up on the DIG Report section of the management module of CIS.
  • Produce quality work/assignments in a thorough, timely, and accurate manner.
  • Maintain appropriate personal attendance, accountability, and work productivity standards.
  • Plan, prioritize, and organize assignments to meet established goals and deadlines.
  • Understand and apply job knowledge to effectively complete all required job responsibilities.
  • Mentor, monitor, and model the Career Success Standards as required by the PRH.
  • Provide high-quality supervision and management for the student population.
  • Provide quality programs and services for students and ensure that quality is maintained and student needs are met.
  • Exchange ideas and information, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Effectively articulate thoughts and ideas and identify problems, analyze causes, and evaluate appropriate solutions.
Qualifications

An Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school is required. A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school is preferred. A minimum of three years auditing and/or administrative support experience is required. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications is required.
