About the Role

7percent Ventures Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Media Team Coordinator to support our Head of Media in planning and executing media campaigns across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and is passionate about startups and digital media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Media and the video production team in ensuring media projects stay on track and meet project deadlines.
  • Oversee production and company launch schedules to ensure timely delivery of assets, approvals, and materials needed for media content creation.
  • Assist in planning and executing media campaigns across social media, websites, blogs, and video platforms.
  • Attend and support events as needed, and draft communications as required.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining project documents, vendor agreements, and other records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in media production, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in media production software and project management tools.
  • Preferred skills include familiarity with digital content creation, writing experience, and experience with data analytics tools and social media metrics.
