Role Summary

The Media Activation team plays a crucial role in formulating insightful recommendations across various channels including Search, Social, Display, and Video. This team is responsible for managing supplier relationships and executing media strategies with precision. The Media Activation Manager will oversee the daily operations of display activities, utilizing extensive platform knowledge and supplier connections to ensure optimal campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee programmatic campaign launches across multiple channels.
  • Optimize ongoing campaigns to enhance performance metrics.
  • Generate comprehensive campaign reports, including daily tracking and insightful analysis for clients.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices across all platform accounts while contributing to the development of new best practices.
  • Provide support and training for new team members.
  • Collaborate effectively with client teams and manage client communications.
  • Assist in maintaining internal data integrity and identifying solutions for operational challenges.
  • Develop and execute testing plans, proposing innovative ideas for evaluation.

Candidate Profile

  • Expertise in DSP platforms (e.g., DV360, Google Ads, Trade Desk) or SSP/Ad Exchange platforms.
  • DoubleClick certification is preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a digital media agency, with a minimum of 3 years in media buying.
  • In-depth understanding of mobile and video challenges in programmatic advertising.
  • Experience with data integration projects, including API and analytics.
  • Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions.
  • Strong passion for digital marketing and awareness of industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
