Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at The Little Clinic in Stone Mountain, GA. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, performing routine check-ups, and prescribing medications. Responsibilities- Provide high-quality healthcare services to patients, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, performing routine check-ups, and prescribing medications.
- Conduct thorough physical exams and take medical histories to diagnose and treat patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in the field of family medicine.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
- Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelors Degree as a Physician Assistant.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Any previous experience in retail health, emergency health, critical care.
- Any experience with electronic health record charting systems.
- Any experience with applicable clinical procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and influencing skills.
