As a Store Support Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our retail store, while also assisting with interior decorating and design duties to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist the Visual Merchandiser with interior decorating and design duties to create a unique and engaging store environment.
  • Perform administrative office work as needed, including data entry and filing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and responding to their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display activities to create an attractive and inviting store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
