Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Mindlance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets, risk management, and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand business needs and develop solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that solutions meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain business cases, requirements, use cases, test plans, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors and oversee their deliverables.
  • Provide training and support to business users on applications.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Finance, MBA, or related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in capital markets domain.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and build consensus among stakeholders.
