Job Overview

UltaCare Medical is seeking a dedicated Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide essential psychotherapy services to residents of a nursing home. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your hours and work environment, with excellent compensation in the 70th-90th percentile according to salary.com data.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with facility staff and administration to provide an integrated patient experience.
  • Document visit notes within 24 hours of the visit.
  • Provide therapeutic services to patients and occasionally to their families.
  • Demonstrate compassion and commitment to patients.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Active LCSW license in good standing.
  • Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred but not required).
