Computed Tomography Technologist III

Job Overview:

As a Computed Tomography Technologist III, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized computerized tomography procedures to produce high-quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers. You will work independently, exercising sound judgment and clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures to deliver accurate results in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for gaining confidence and cooperation from patients, their families, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication. Additionally, you will adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and specialized computerized tomography procedures to produce high-quality images
  • Work independently to execute safe and precise procedures
  • Gain confidence and cooperation from patients and healthcare providers
  • Adhere to all regulations, codes, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Graduation from a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technologist Program
  • CRT-certified Radiologic Technologist (from the state where work is being performed)
  • BLS-basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
  • RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy within 180 days of hire if required at the affiliate

Pay Range is $66.01 to $82.50 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
