Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at The Pet Doctor Inc.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for clients and patients
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage appointments, check-in and check-out clients, and process payments efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and veterinarians to ensure seamless operations
  • Stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations, providing emotional support to clients as needed

Requirements:


  • 1+ year of experience in a veterinary or medical reception role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
