We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team at Bedford Oaks Family Vet. As a key member of our practice, you will provide exceptional client service, manage practice administrative tasks, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all clients and patients.
- Manage practice administrative tasks, including record maintenance, appointment tracking, and data entry.
- Process cash, checks, and credit card payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Schedule appointments and ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist with updating client/patient files and preparing correspondence.
- Perform daily backups of the computer system and oversee the performance of posting daily business.
- Address client concerns in a calm and professional manner, ensuring every experience ends in satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous veterinary experience preferred.
- Ability to work on weekends as required.
- Client satisfaction references preferred.
