Job Title: Client Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team at Bedford Oaks Family Vet. As a key member of our practice, you will provide exceptional client service, manage practice administrative tasks, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all clients and patients.
  • Manage practice administrative tasks, including record maintenance, appointment tracking, and data entry.
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Schedule appointments and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist with updating client/patient files and preparing correspondence.
  • Perform daily backups of the computer system and oversee the performance of posting daily business.
  • Address client concerns in a calm and professional manner, ensuring every experience ends in satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous veterinary experience preferred.
  • Ability to work on weekends as required.
  • Client satisfaction references preferred.
