  • Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and fluctuation analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports for senior management
  • Support periodic and year-end external audits and provide necessary documentation
Reporting and Compliance
  • Manage sales and use tax reporting with 3rd party vendors
  • Oversee fixed asset accounting and analyze CapEx spend against projects
Performance Management
  • Provide guidance and support to the finance team regarding financial information and accounting policies
  • Recommend initiatives for process optimization and automation to support company growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
  • 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal
