Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our multi-disciplinary practice at the Community Health Center of New Britain. As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical services to underserved populations, working in an innovative practice environment utilizing Advanced Access scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver full scope medical services to patients in need
- Benefit from strong clinical support services
- Collaborate with a dynamic team in an innovative practice environment
- Pursue population-based care initiatives
- Hold a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school and complete a residency program in family medicine
- Obtain board certification within 24 months of employment and maintain licensure in the state of Connecticut
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
