**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team at the Community Health Center of New Britain in Connecticut.
Job Summary:
The Moses/Weitzman Health System is a global leader addressing challenges faced by organizations caring for underserved populations. As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality medical services to these communities.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer individualized and population-based care.
- Participate in an innovative practice environment utilizing Advanced Access scheduling.
- MD/DO from an approved medical or osteopathy school and graduation from an accredited residency program in family practice.
- Board-certified within 24 months of commencing employment at CHC and hold a license or be eligible for licensure in the State of CT.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred.

- A competitive annual salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 based on experience and qualifications.
