About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a smile and a professional demeanor, ensuring a warm welcome to our theatre.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our bar and menu items, making recommendations to guests to enhance their experience.
  • Accurately record food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Manage all transactions on assigned registers, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verify guest identification to confirm age and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
