Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our small press department as a Print Production Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality print products in compliance with job specifications and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review job tickets and assemble appropriate envelope stock, quantities, and ink for production
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal output
  • Work closely with other team members to exceed customer expectations
  • Available to work overtime and weekends as needed

Requirements:

  • Good mechanical skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance
  • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions
