Leasing Consultant

**About the Role**

We are seeking a talented Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Donaldson Group. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor, and marketing our residential apartment community to potential residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents
* Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
* Market and promote our residential apartment community to potential residents
* Lease apartments and provide tours of the property
* Assist with resident retention and renewal of contracts
* Perform data entry and assist with day-to-day operations

**Requirements:**

* Strong customer service and leasing skills
* Ability to work weekends and some evening building events
* Yardi experience preferred
