- On-site technical field support, including maintenance and repair
- Management of FDA field change orders (recalls)
- Bench repair and remanufacturing services

- FDA compliance and validation services

- Training and educational programs
Minimum Professional Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- A minimum of three years of recent critical care experience (ICU, CCU, PICU, NICU, ED, etc.).
- Extensive knowledge of critical care environments and clinical applications, including cardiac rhythm interpretation and bedside monitoring.
- Strong initiative, accountability, and professionalism, with a customer service mindset that exceeds expectations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Windows and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel frequently and manage personal travel arrangements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five years of recent critical care experience.
- Experience in formalized end-user education or in-service training.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.

- Frequent overnight travel via air, train, and automobile across various time zones.
- Variable conditions regarding cleanliness, comfort, weather, and safety.
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, dynamic environments with high demands.
- Exposure to clinical settings may involve contact with infectious diseases and hazardous materials.
- Regular physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, climbing, and crawling.
- Required to communicate effectively with end-users and respond to device alarms for configuration and troubleshooting.
Health and Safety Requirements: Compliance with medical screenings and vaccinations as determined by client requirements is essential.
