Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for designing specific treatment plans, creating an excellent experience for members and guests, and promoting member referrals and memberships.

Responsibilities
  • Treatment Planning: Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
  • Client Experience: Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Client Acquisition: Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
  • Facility Maintenance: Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
  • Liability Insurance: Must carry liability insurance.
  • Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
  • Modalities: Knowledge of Swedish Massage required. Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue), but not required.
  • Philosophy: Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
