Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire the Client Finance team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop client scope of work (SOW) contracts, manage budgets, and ensure accurate billing practices.
- Conduct training sessions, identify staffing needs, and oversee performance assessments and professional development for the team.
- Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables within the Client Finance department.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to review budget status, staffing needs, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, media, or a related field. Prior management experience in the marketing/communications industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of online and offline media functions (Media Planning, SEO, SEM, Programmatic Media Buying, Social, Analytics, Technology, etc.). Proficiency in Excel and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate and mentor a team, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
