Summary

CHRISTUS Health is currently accepting applications for our RN Residency Program, a comprehensive onboarding experience designed to support newly licensed registered nurses in their transition to professional practice.

As a participant in our program, you will be paired with a dedicated preceptor who will guide you through a structured curriculum of progressive skill development and patient care assignments.

Our program is tailored to meet the unique needs of new graduates, providing a supportive and challenging environment in which to grow and develop as a professional nurse.

Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited RN School of Nursing
  • Current Louisiana RN license
  • CPR certified through the American Heart Association
  • Demonstrate interest in professional growth and development
Work Schedule

Full-time position with a TBD work schedule
