Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Weekend Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and organized admissions process for our clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Administer the admission procedures, collecting and organizing information as needed.
  • Act as a resource to clients' families, providing support and guidance throughout the admissions process.
  • Facilitate engaging and supportive processing through the admissions process.
  • Coordinate internal admissions communications and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or two years of applicable experience in behavioral health preferred.
  • Working knowledge of behavioral health and insurance verification process preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
