Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and report outcomes
- Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate documentation
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the emergency department
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions
- Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move about, and lift equipment
