Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tax compliance and advisory services primarily in the energy and natural resources industry
  • Develop, build, and manage client relationships to drive business growth
  • Assist in managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Review returns prepared by tax associates and seniors, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Effectively delegate responsibilities to others, monitor engagement team efforts, and proficiently use technology tools in regular assignments
  • Research complex tax issues, apply findings to projects, and communicate those findings in writing
Requirements
  • 7 years of related experience in public accounting or corporate tax department
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • CPA license
  • Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Taxation or Law degree, Partnership tax experience, and experience with clients in the energy and natural resources industry
