Adecco Healthcare is seeking a Senior Accountant (Level 2) to join a dedicated team. This position is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity.

Compensation

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8 AM to 5 PM
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is mandatory.
  • Experience with Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics GP is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is required.
  • CPA license is preferred.
  • Experience in managing diverse service lines is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in handling large datasets are crucial.
Position Responsibilities

The Senior Accountant (Level 2) will oversee monthly closing procedures, enhance accounting workflows, and manage various financial reports, including Medicare Cost Reports and 990 tax return schedules.

This role demands a comprehensive understanding of accounting standards and practices, ensuring timely completion of financial tasks and compliance with governmental regulations.

Key responsibilities include payroll analysis, cash flow assessment, liability evaluation, and advanced accounting research, including fund accounting and revenue recognition.

The Senior Accountant will facilitate effective communication within the organization and liaise with external stakeholders, contributing to financial accountability and analyses for grant proposals.

Additionally, this position will lead software conversion projects and ensure the precise preparation of reconciliations and journal entries as necessary.
