Job Overview

Discovery Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our home office team in Bonita Springs, FL.

This role will be responsible for account reconciliation, posting activity to general ledgers, collecting payments, and assisting in month-end closing procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and treasury, with experience in Excel, Word, and accounting software.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciles multiple bank accounts to the general ledger.
  • Researches bank activity for multiple bank accounts.
  • Collects payments submitted via ACH (Automated Clearing House)
  • Records and allocates all treasury activity and posts to the general ledger.
  • Maintains company credit card system and coding.
  • Assists with month-end closing procedures and report preparation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school;
  • Three years related experience in treasury preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Excel, Word and accounting software required.
