**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to transport residents to various destinations, including grocery stores, outings, and extended trips. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

**Responsibilities:**

* Drive van, bus, or automobile on a regular schedule to meet resident needs
* Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off the bus/van, tracking attendance, and coordinating equipment
* Load groceries and other purchased items into the bus/van
* Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance
* Clean and wash the vehicle
* Perform housekeeping functions as directed

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
* Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required
* Must possess current and valid driver's license consistent with the requirements determined by size of vehicle and laws of the state in which the driver is licensed
* CDL endorsement required for 15 passengers or more
* Must possess personal driving record consistent with the requirements of the Driver Selection Policy
* Doctor's statement verifying free from communicable disease, if applicable to your state
