- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree preferred.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a front desk or guest service position.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, fluency in the local language, and basic math skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50lbs (23kg), and stand for long periods of time.
