Job Summary

About the Role

This is a challenging role that requires a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery, as well as making repairs to equipment when necessary.
  • Equipment Setup and Testing: Set up and test new equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly and safely.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that equipment is operating within established parameters and making adjustments as needed.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in a related field, such as maintenance technology or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a maintenance or repair role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
