Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily B2B collections on customer accounts.
- Prepare and file sales tax returns.
- Register new states and integrate into tax software, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Manage sales tax audits.
- Process customer lien waiver requests.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding invoiced amounts promptly.
- Maintain and update customer tax-exempt certificates within third-party tax software.
- Organize customer files, tax documentation, and related information.
- Perform credit assessments on active customer accounts.

- Process checks and ACH/wire payments received; accurately apply payments in the accounting system; resolve any discrepancies; ensure compliance with discount terms.
- Distribute monthly statements to customers.
- Upload invoices to customer portals as required.
- Assist with additional tasks, responsibilities, and special projects as necessary.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-3 years of experience in high-volume B2B collections.
- Ability to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Microsoft NAV/Business Central is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of thriving in a multi-tasking environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of liens and lien waivers is advantageous.
