Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing services, training, and supports to address the medical or psychiatric needs of individuals with diverse abilities.
  • Monitor health conditions, administer medications, and oversee staff members who administer medications.
  • Implement healthcare services as outlined in Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and respond to changes in condition.
  • Train staff members on universal precautions, infection control, and medication administration.
  • Serve as a liaison and advocate with other medical and professional service providers.
