Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to work in our 98-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Canandaigua, NY.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature
  • Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
  • Helping Residents with personal hygiene and dressing
  • Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
  • Valid NY State LPN license
  • In good standing with State Registry
  • Ability to work as a team member
