Sales Representative Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in a designated territory. This involves researching, planning, scheduling appointments with, and developing new accounts, as well as managing relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Becoming a brand ambassador and advocate for our diverse product lines.
  • Identifying and qualifying new opportunities with existing customers and potential prospects.
  • Understanding and anticipating customer requirements based on geographical, seasonal, and industry trends.
  • In-person customer visits within a geographic territory/network to review inventory and share new product information.
  • Generating and transmitting sales reports & orders on a daily basis using our iPad-based sales tool.
  • Managing customer concerns and discrepancies with the support of our Customer Service department.
  • Attending conferences and trade shows as required.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • At least 2-5 years of previous work experience in Retail, Sales, or Business Development capacity.
  • A tenacious, self-starter mindset with no fear of cold-calling or rejection.
  • Knowledge of consultative sales approaches and realistic expectations around cycles and processes.
  • Proactive approach with ability to work independently and report results back to Management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, confident, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to listen, negotiate, and effectively persuade others.
  • Technical proficiency with IOS devices and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to work from a home office and access to reliable transportation.
