Job Description & Responsibilities

This role provides direct clinical patient care as part of our Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.

The ideal candidate will assume responsibility for supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated and ensure high-quality, safe, and cost-effective total nursing care to all patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications safely and in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current RN licensure
  • Experience in Cardiac PCU or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
