Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Preschool Director to oversee and implement a high-quality preschool and childcare program. The ideal candidate will have a degree in early childhood education or a related field and experience in childcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and implement a quality preschool and childcare program.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop.
  • Develop and implement curriculum and activities that promote social, physical, intellectual, and creative growth.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective program.
  • Manage program operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and staff supervision.

Requirements:

  • Degree in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Arizona Early Childhood certification or equivalent.
  • At least three months of childcare experience.
  • Current training in First Aid and CPR.
  • Proof of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
