Job Title: Senior Clinical Research Coordinator

Bausch + Lomb, a leading global eye health company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical research team, you will play a critical role in the design, conduct, and management of clinical trials.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate clinical studies of small size and minimal complexity with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain all study documentation according to standard operating procedures.
  • Carry out study duties from protocol initiation to study close-out.
  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Work closely with study team members.
  • Use existing procedures to solve routine or new problems.
  • Complete study-related and other administrative tasks.
  • Comply with Good Clinical Practice and the Code of Federal Regulations.
  • Keep current with all federal, state, sponsor and site policies and laws, standard operating procedures, and guidelines.
  • Demonstrate accountability for continuous learning in accordance with GCP guidelines.
  • Keep current with industry standards, best practices and trends in areas relevant to research studies and designs.
Qualifications:
  • At minimum, candidates should have an associate's degree and/or 3-5 years of related industry experience.
  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree in a scientific, health-related, or business administration program are preferred.

As required by New York State's pay transparency bill, Bausch + Lomb provides a good faith minimum and maximum salary range of compensation for roles that can or will be performed, in New York State.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For New York State, the range of starting hourly pay for this role is $34.00 per hour.
