KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver outstanding service to foster customer loyalty and expansion
- Identify prospective clients in the industrial sector within your designated territory
- Advise clients on wastewater compliance through consultative sales techniques, educating them on our services and providing valuable insights into our offerings
- Oversee client relationships throughout projects to ensure effective communication with clients and internal teams
- Investigate potential business avenues to pinpoint the right customers
- Develop strategic sales initiatives for Industrial/Manufacturing and local municipalities to drive profitable revenue growth
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM sales pipeline by documenting all customer interactions and finalized deals
- Propose, negotiate, and finalize revenue-generating opportunities by leveraging strong relationships with decision-makers
- Assess customer requirements, market dynamics, and profitability to optimize profit and market presence
- Prepare proposals and manage projects, resources, and subcontractors
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales within industrial and municipal wastewater operations
- Proven success in securing contracts with municipal clients
- Understanding of wastewater treatment and management processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze pricing, profitability, and project resources
- Skilled in managing intricate projects and demonstrating a solid business acumen
- Capable of nurturing relationships and establishing credibility
- Familiarity with CRM systems
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in wastewater industrial operations
- Background in industrial B-to-B sales
- Strong sales orientation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experience in account management
