We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team at Seton Medical Center Hays. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, implement and monitor patient care plans, and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, including assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire required.
