Job Title: Registered Nurse RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our team at Ascension Seton. As a Registered Nurse RN, you will provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines to provide well-coordinated patient care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements:
  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred.
  • Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.
