Job Title: Code Compliance Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Code Compliance Project Manager to join our team at ECS Limited. As a Code Compliance Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing code compliance projects, including reviewing plans, providing technical support, conducting inspections, and monitoring project processes for performance and budgetary conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage code compliance projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and performance standards.
  • Review plans and provide technical support to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with codes and regulations, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor project processes to ensure performance and budgetary conditions are met.
  • Prepare proposals and attend project site meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Mentor and train other building inspectors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Assist with management of P&L, marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions, and participating in marketing and business development functions related to code inspections.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in code compliance inspection of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems and/or plan review.
  • Valid ICC certification B2, M2, P2, E2.
  • Valid driver's license (if driving for or on behalf of ECS Limited).
