Job Summary: As a Route Sales Development Representative at Aramark, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business partnerships with customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Growth: Meet sales expectations, promote route growth, and enhance customer retention to drive profitability.
  • Service: Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, provide outstanding service, and respond to customer issues and opportunities.
  • Route Based Responsibilities: Operate company vehicles safely, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
  • Accountability: Manage customer assets, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate accounting of monies and product.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, operations staff, and management, and respond to changing demands.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a position requiring heavy public contact, with good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Skills: Client interaction, communication, organization, and time management are critical to success in this role.
